18 U.S.C. § 2257 Exemption Statement

Statement

All visual and textual content available on or generated by wilds.ai is fictional and/or computer-generated. wilds.ai does not produce, host, or distribute any visual depiction of an actual human being engaged in actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct. No real performers, models, actors, or other real persons are depicted in sexually explicit conduct anywhere on the platform.

Accordingly, the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and § 2257A and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 do not apply to wilds.ai, because there is no "visual depiction of an actual human being" within the meaning of those provisions. Wholly AI-generated or fictional content that does not depict a real, identifiable person is outside the scope of the statute.

For additional clarity:

• Image generation does not produce nudity or sexually explicit imagery at any content rating. Every image request is screened by automated safety systems before generation, and provider-level safety filters remain enforced and cannot be disabled.
• No user-uploaded sexual content depicting real people is hosted. The platform does not accept or display real-person sexual photographs or video.
• Sexual content involving minors is prohibited and screened in both text and image paths, at every content rating, with no exceptions. See the Acceptable Use Policy.
