Acceptable Use Policy

wilds.ai is operated by Framers Lab, Inc., 1301 N Broadway STE 78768, Los Angeles, CA 90012, United States. This Acceptable Use Policy sets out what is and is not allowed on the platform and how we enforce it. It supplements the Terms of Service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Enabling mature-rated fiction requires a separate, explicit 18+ confirmation per session.

Prohibited content — banned everywhere, at every content rating, with no exceptions

The following is prohibited across the entire platform regardless of content rating, account tier, or whether a session is private:

  1. Sexual content involving minors, including fictional or AI-generated depictions of minors in sexual situations.
  2. Non-consensual sexual depictions of real, identifiable people, including deepfakes and likeness misuse.
  3. Actionable instructions for real-world violence, terrorism, weapons, or other serious crime.
  4. Other illegal content or content that violates applicable law.

These bans are absolute. No tier, toggle, or setting relaxes them.

How prohibited content is prevented and enforced

These rules are enforced in production, not just stated here:

  • Text generation is governed by a hard-ban instruction set injected into every AI generation step, backed by a machine-learning content-safety classifier that operates fail-closed (ambiguous content is blocked, not allowed).
  • Image generation does not produce nudity or sexually explicit imagery at any content rating. Every image request is screened by an automated image-safety classifier before any image is generated, and provider-level safety filters remain enforced and cannot be disabled.
  • Sexual content involving minors is screened in both text and image paths and blocked at every rating.
  • No real-person sexual content is hosted or generated. The platform does not host user-uploaded photographs or videos of real people for sexual purposes; all characters and imagery are fictional or AI-generated.

Content ratings

Fiction that is not prohibited above is governed by per-session content ratings modeled on ESRB game ratings — Safe, Standard, Mature (18+), Private (18+). Mature and Private ratings require 18+ age confirmation. Published content must carry an accurate rating. Private content stays private to the player.

Like published novels and mature-rated video games, fiction at the Mature and Private ratings may include violence and dark adult themes. Ratings, age gates, and the safety systems above exist so that mature fiction is gated to adults and the absolute bans are always enforced.

Reporting and takedown

To report content you believe violates this policy, see our Content Complaints & Takedown Policy. We review reports and remove violating content; see that policy for the process and response time.

Enforcement

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, including payment fraud, automated abuse, security abuse, and any prohibited content above, or where legally required.
