Refund & Cancellation Policy

wilds.ai is operated by Framers Lab, Inc., 1301 N Broadway STE 78768, Los Angeles, CA 90012, United States. This policy explains how subscriptions, trials, credit purchases, refunds, and cancellations work. It supplements the Terms of Service.
What you are billed
- Subscriptions — Plus, Pro, and Forge plans bill monthly or annually at the price shown on the pricing page and at checkout. Paid plans include a 3-day free trial; your card is collected at sign-up and the first charge occurs when the trial ends unless you cancel before then.
- Auto-renewal — Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) at the same price and term, until you cancel. The renewal date and amount are shown in your billing settings before each renewal.
- Credit packs — One-time purchases of prepaid platform credits (used for story turns, image generation, and world compiles). Credits are digital goods, delivered to your account immediately on purchase, and never expire.
How to cancel
You can cancel a subscription at any time, yourself, in Account → Billing settings. Cancellation is self-serve and takes effect at the end of the current billing period — there is no phone call, no retention process, and no additional steps required to cancel. After cancellation you keep paid access until the period you have already paid for ends; you are not charged again.
Canceling during the 3-day free trial stops any charge from occurring.
Refunds
- Subscriptions — If you want a refund of a subscription charge, email team@wilds.ai or team@frame.dev within 48 hours of the charge and we will refund it.
- Credit packs — Credit packs are generally non-refundable once the credits have been delivered to your account, except where required by law or where a clear technical failure prevented you from receiving or using what you purchased.
- Technical failures — If you were charged for something you did not receive due to a technical failure on our side, contact us and we will make it right (refund or re-credit).
Billing descriptor
Charges from wilds.ai appear on your card or bank statement as a neutral descriptor shown to you at checkout. If you do not recognize a charge, contact team@wilds.ai before disputing it with your bank — we respond the same day and can resolve unrecognized charges, duplicate charges, or accidental sign-ups directly.
