Content Complaints & Takedown Policy
Effective Date: June 16, 2026 Last Updated: June 16, 2026
wilds.ai is operated by Framers Lab, Inc., 1301 N Broadway STE 78768, Los Angeles, CA 90012, United States. This policy explains how to report content and how we handle complaints and takedown requests. It supplements the Terms of Service and the Acceptable Use Policy.
How to report
To report content you believe is illegal, violates our Acceptable Use Policy, infringes your rights, or misuses your likeness, email team@wilds.ai with:
- a description of the content and where you encountered it (a link, world, or session reference where possible);
- the reason you believe it violates this policy or the law;
- your contact information so we can follow up;
- if the report concerns your own likeness or intellectual property, enough detail to verify your claim.
You do not need an account to submit a report.
What you can report
- Content that may sexualize minors (including fictional or AI-generated depictions).
- Non-consensual sexual depictions of real people, deepfakes, or misuse of a real person's likeness.
- Instructions for real-world violence, terrorism, weapons, or serious crime.
- Other illegal content, or content that infringes copyright, trademark, or privacy rights.
- Billing or payment concerns (see also the Refund & Cancellation Policy).
How we handle complaints
- Acknowledgement — we acknowledge reports promptly.
- Review — we review each report and aim to resolve content complaints within 7 business days. Reports concerning the safety of minors are prioritized and actioned as quickly as possible.
- Action — if content violates this policy or the law, we remove or restrict it and take account action where warranted, up to suspension or termination.
- Notice — we notify the reporter of the outcome where we have their contact information, and notify the affected account holder where appropriate.
Proactive safety
Beyond user reports, the platform runs automated safety systems on every generation: a hard ban on sexual content involving minors enforced in both text and image paths, image-safety screening that blocks nudity and sexually explicit imagery at every rating, and a fail-closed content-safety classifier. Reporting supplements these controls; it is not the only line of defense.
Appeals
If your content or account was actioned and you believe it was a mistake, reply to the notice you received or email team@wilds.ai, and we will re-review.
